K-Drop - FAQ’s

  1. What are K-Points and how do I earn them?

K-Points are the native points of K-Drop and your badge of honour. Earn K-Points by climbing the leaderboard, finishing campaigns, and unlocking rare achievements. Gear up and start earning!

  1. What are Tasks and how are they validated once I complete them?

Tasks are activities which you have to complete for earning K-Points.  These can be Social Tasks like Follow/Like/Retweet on X or Game Tasks like - kill 10 enemies and other game specific activities. After successfully completing a task, you need to return to the campaign page and click the “Validate” button to claim your K-Points.

  1. What kind of rewards will I earn from campaigns?

i) KCash as described above.

  1. I have completed all the tasks, but did not get any reward?

If you have not received any reward for the task completed, you may write to us at [email protected].

If the campaign had other tokens as rewards and not available to be claimed immediately, they will be airdropped to your connected Wallet.  A notification will be sent to you once the airdrop has been completed.

Referral FAQ’s

  1. Can I refer my friends to K-Drop?

Certainly, you can refer friends using your unique referral code to earn additional K-Points. Both the referrer and referee will receive K-Points. The more friends you refer to, the more K-Points you collect.

  1. Where can I find my referral code?

Your referral code is displayed within each campaign. Tap on any campaign inside K-Drop to find your referral code.

  1. One of the campaigns asks to enter "Add your Clan Chief's/ Friend's referral code." Where can I find these codes?

Your friend's referral code can be found on every campaign, but you will need to request your friend to share their referral code. If you are part of a Clan, you can contact your Clan Chief to obtain the Clan Chief's referral code

  1. How are new campaigns updated?

New campaigns are regularly updated on the K-Drop page. We recommend visiting the K-Drop page frequently to participate in new campaigns, which increases your opportunities to earn more K-Points.

We also update new tasks in existing campaigns as well increasing your chances to earn more K-Points so don’t forget to check the existing campaigns from time to time
